Silky Chocolate Glaze

Printable Recipe

3 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 tbsp milk
4 tbsp light corn syrup
2 cups pwd sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the above until smooth. Use this frosting for Chocolate Eclair Dessert or Ho-Ho Cake.
